One of PLLS staff came to my place to trim my 5 hedges/shrubs. He turned up in the company’s uniform with what appeared to be a well set up vehicle and trailer. He introduced himself and asked to be shown what works I needed doing, even offering to trim another shrub I hadn’t mentioned. His manner was professional and polite. I offered assistance with another ladder should he require it but he had all bases covered. He estimated he would be finished by a certain time and was spot on.
